2. You will receive a free pre-interview form within 1 working day. Based on your answers, we will determine if we are able to help you effectively and we will decide if we are going to continue with the interview.
3. During the interview with an psychologist online (approx. 45 minutes), we will clarify your expectations regarding the therapy, answer any doubts and ask questions to understand better your problem.
4. We start the therapy! Full online or sessions in Utrecht.
6. Every 10 or 20 sessions (specified in the treatment plan) we jointly evaluate the progress achieved.
7. The therapy ends when its goal has been achieved / the session plan has been completed / at your request.
Who are we working with?
CBT psychotherapy is highly effective, in particular in the treatment of anxiety disorders and depression. Its therapeutic value has been also confirmed for: bipolar disorder, borderline personality disorder, obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), anxiety disorders with panic attacks, specific phobias, PTSD, sleep disorders and other personality disorders. We work with adults and adolescents.
We are aslo LGBTI + friendly.
Who are we not working with?
Due to the need for complex, interdisciplinary medical and psychological care, we do not deal with the following disorders: major depressive disorders, suicidal crisis, active suicide plans, severe addictions, severe eating disorders, severe aggression, problems with the law.

Our psychologists are members of the Dutch Institute of Psychologists (Nederlands Instituut van Psychologen - NIP). This institute sets the standards for the work of psychologists in the Netherlands, controls their current work and, in the event of complaints from patients, acts as a mediator between the clinic and the client.
